Rumi Zone is a next-generation children’s education and wellness platform dedicated to fostering cognitive development, emotional balance, and physical well-being. Designed to support diverse learning styles, Rumi Zone provides a personalized, interactive experience that empowers children and their families to grow, explore, and thrive.
However, despite its strong community support and growing demand, Rumi Zone faced structural and branding challenges that hindered its growth. A lack of brand architecture created confusion, while an inconsistent visual identity weakened recognition and investor confidence. To fully realize its mission, Rumi Zone needed a strategic rebrand that would unify its offerings, establish a strong market presence, and ensure a cohesive brand experience
Task
The task was to develop a comprehensive brand strategy that would clarify Rumi Zone’s positioning, audience engagement, and brand architecture. This included: Defining Rumi Zone’s brand foundation, including its mission, vision, and core values. Creating a structured brand architecture to organize its services and future offerings. Identifying key differentiators and competitive positioning to ensure brand clarity. Developing a strategic roadmap for future growth and investor alignment. Due to misalignment between the client’s expectations and executional feasibility, the visual identity did not move forward as an official deliverable. Instead, a speculative identity was developed to demonstrate the potential of the rebrand and bring the strategy to life conceptually.
